Formerly known as the El Camino League, participation had dwindled to only about 6 teams and I ended up stepping in to run the League in 2015. The League grew to 20 teams. After restructuring the league, enforcing proper procedure, respectful etiquette and rules, a lot of bad apples who were disrupting the fun competition were excised from the league. By 2016, the number of teams may have dropped, but the League became a stronger with lots of great people with great attitudes without conflict. 

2018, I officially changed the name to Monday Night Pool League.

In 2020, with the eruption of the COVID virus and then becoming a pandemic, League was suspended before the next season had started. We started up again February 17, 2022 a little smaller and lots of room to grow again

I hear so many stories about people forming close friendships and how everyone gets alone even with fierce competition.

I am very proud to run this league with such talented and good players, which saddens me that as of November 7,2022, the League will shut down and re-start at another time in the future.
